Job Description
Driver Helper to drive van or panel truck and transport freight and/or merchandise from warehouse to various delivery sites.
Knowledge in driving a van.
Unloading of merchandise or freight at delivery site.

Job Requirements
Possess valid Hawaii Driver’s License (Type3)
Provide clean Hawaii Driver History Record
Currently possess or able to obtain Medical Examiner’s Certificate
Knowledge of forklift operations – forklift certifiable, use of pallet jacks
Familiar with basic hand tools
Perform basic math functions – add, subtract, multiply, divide.
Flexible work schedule (including overtime) to meet customer needs.
Provide excellent customer service and possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and determine priorities while under minimal supervision.
Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
At least 21 years old (bona fide occupational qualification)

Job Description
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

Schedule deliveries and removals
Coordinate exception-based late add-ons in collaboration with customers
Manage miscellaneous orders
Maintain and update the truck schedule using customers’ proprietary systems
Communicate schedule changes to customers
Respond to inquiries related to:
Appointment charges
Step charges
Wait time or after-hours delivery
Bills of Lading (BOL)
Provide equipment ETA updates and order scheduling status via HTC’s Customers’ proprietary systems
Support federal scheduling needs
Interact regularly with HTC’s customers’ internal operational team to ensure the proper alignment is achieved daily
Track and report overall equipment status to customers

Job Requirements
Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience in logistics or transportation scheduling is highly desirable
Effective communication skills across departments and external partners
Ability to adapt quickly to last-minute changes and exceptions

The Operations Supervisor (Warehouse) classification supports warehouse operations by providing day-to-day supervision, coordination, and oversight of warehouse activities and personnel. This role ensures that operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Company standards and operational objectives.

GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK
The Operations Supervisor (Warehouse) oversees warehouse operations and employees during assigned shifts or work periods. Responsibilities may include directing work activities, coordinating workflow, and supporting operational priorities established by management. Assignments and focus areas may vary based on operational needs, staffing levels, customer demands, and business requirements.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Operations Supervisor (Warehouse) may be responsible for some or all of the following, at the Company’s direction:
  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse personnel and daily work activities
  • Assign and adjust work tasks to meet operational needs and productivity goals
  • Monitor operations to support safe work practices and compliance with Company standards
  • Serve as a point of contact between warehouse staff, management, and other departments
  • Address operational issues and escalate concerns to management as appropriate
  • Support training, coaching, and operational consistency within the warehouse
  • Position may cover one or more warehouse locations based on operational needs

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a medical warehouse, healthcare distribution center, pharmaceutical warehouse, or regulated healthcare logistics environment.
  • Minimum one (1) year of supervisory or lead experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of medical inventory management, warehouse operations, and healthcare distribution practices.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory management software, barcode scanning systems.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, lot tracking, expiration management, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and healthcare industry quality standards.
  • Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply policies, procedures, safety regulations, customer requirements, and operational documentation.
  • Ability to prepare reports, maintain records, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed in warehouse and operational settings and may involve varying schedules, shift coverage, and operational demands. Responsibilities and priorities may change based on business needs.

Job Pay
$55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

  • Utilize WMS reports to pull orders of merchandise and freight for incoming and outgoing orders.
  • Able to learn and retain customer proprietary computer systems.

  • Understand palletizing techniques to properly organize orders for each customer and minimize merchandise damage.

  • Ability to lift and carry at least 75 pounds.
