Job Summary

• Perform inventory utilizing customer reports generated from the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Utilize WMS reports to pull orders of merchandise/freight for incoming and outgoing orders
• Able to learn and retain customer’s proprietary computer system
• Operate various forklifts and pallet jacks to organize orders for each customer
• Understanding palletizing techniques to properly organize orders for each customer and minimize merchandise damages

Job Requirements

• Provide excellent customer service – good communication skills both verbal and written
• Forklift-certifiable and experience operating pallet jacks
• Knowledge of the use of basic hand tools
• Perform basic math functions – add, subtract, multiply, divide
• Computer literate – knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and customer’s computer system
• Able to work independently without close supervision in maintaining inventory counts for dedicated accounts
• Possess cognitive abilities to resolve inventory discrepancies
• Flexible work schedule with overtime as needed to meet customers’ needs
• Able to lift and carry at least 75 lbs
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
