Job Description:

  • Operate tractor trailer truck to make deliveries to various customers.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections noting any maintenance requirements.
  • Gather appropriate paperwork for each delivery assigned for the day.
  • Properly load and secure cargo for safe delivery to customers.
  • Properly unload cargo for delivery to customers and reverify delivery of cargo to each customer. Report any shipping discrepancies.
  • Observe all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety first.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess CDL A License with HAZMAT endorsement.
  • Able to obtain TWIC (Transportation Workers Identification Credentials) card.
  • Possess current Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
  • Provide clean Hawaii Driver History Record.
  • Provide excellent customer service – good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Perform basic math functions – add, subtract, multiply, divide.
  • Forklift certifiable.
  • Able to carry and lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Flexible work schedule with overtime to meet customers’ needs.
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment and detail-oriented.

Job Description:

  • Driver Helper to drive van or panel truck and transport freight and/or merchandise from warehouse to various delivery sites.
  • Knowledge in driving a van.
  • Unloading of merchandise or freight at delivery site.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess valid Hawaii Driver’s License (Type3)
  • Provide clean Hawaii Driver History Record
  • Current or obtain Medical Examiner’s Certificate
  • Knowledge of forklift operations – forklift certifiable, use of pallet jacks

Job Summary

The Operations Manager will oversee and direct daily operations at our warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and inventory management skills to ensure all warehouse activities align with business and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and create workload schedules to optimize productivity.
  • Supervise warehouse staff in unloading, marking, coding, and storing inbound inventory in designated locations.
  • Direct and monitor workers tasked with selecting outbound orders for timely delivery to customer locations.
  • Train and develop warehouse staff, ensuring all training programs remain current and relevant to each role.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with inventory processes.
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes for assigned areas, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Maintain detailed records to document the condition of inbound and outbound freight, including damages and special handling instructions.
  • Promote teamwork and collaboration across departments, fostering positive working relationships with staff and management.
  • Counsel employees on performance, behavior, and work expectations to encourage a productive work environment.
  • Adapt to flexible work schedules to meet business demands and customer expectations.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education/ Experience: College degree or equivalent working experience is required.
  • Supervisory Experience: Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse operations, processes, and inventory management.
  • Customer Service: Ability to deliver excellent customer service with strong communication skills (verbal, written, and listening) through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn and operate client-specific systems. Experience using a WMS is preferred.
  • Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and resolve operational challenges effectively.
  • Dependability: Reliable, responsible, and dedicated to fulfilling work obligations on time.

Reporting Structure
